For optimal vapour production – Use 90% VG and 10 % water (this is important for lowering the viscosity of the final product – so it will flow freely into the atomiser)
For optimal throat hit – Use PG only
For a balanced smoking experience - Use a base of 20% VG to 80% PG.
The best technique to added menthol crystal to your menthol/mint e-liquid is to first dilute your menthol crystal in PG (menthol will not dissolve in water!) and then add the mixture to your e-liquid in a drop wise manner until you have reach your ideal strength. The remaining mixture can be kept in an airtight container, for example your empty e-liquid bottle, at 4C for several month. This technique is also applicable for other flavourings.
